The center of the bag is just way too cute and adorable to shoot at.  At least I have an excuse for missing the center all the time now    :D

Took an old 52lb dogfood bag (make of woven plastic tarp-like material, not the paper one).  Filled with shrink wrap I took out of the garbage cans at work.  small strip of wood and lots of staples to keep it closed, and a couple of grommets for good measure.  Sort of thew together a frame to hold it up.  voiala!  Home made bag target, total spent about $7.50 on the pressure treated 2x4's.  Maybe a few cents on the grommets but those were bought and paid for a long time ago.  I'll see how long the target lasts.  I was thinking about building onto my frame a little to hold a big piece of carpet behind the target to knock down the occasional stray arrow.

OK... after a few warm up shots it didn't take me long to lose my hesitancy of shooting at Fido  :D

I'm hitting a little to the right... I was aiming for the center of his head.
