help with arrow size

i have a gamemaster 2 54lb @ 28in my draw is 27in. i have some beaman mfx classics 400 with 75 grain insert and 125 grain tips they are 30.5 in long and to stiff. i will be hunting whitetail and would like my arrows to be around 425 to 500 grain and around 28 in long. the charts dont seem to be any help. any suggestion?
