I'm another that had apparantly missed this all of the previous times it was posted.  Glad I caught this one - it is amazing!

Outwest, I noticed his hand wrapped in leather too.  Just watching, it looks like he starts out with proper spined arrows then goes progressively lighter.  You can see he starts out getting good arrow clearance then you see a couple where the nock is coming in and striking the riser.  Even a couple flu'flu's look weak.  Then you start seeing the total noodlification start to happen.  The first one he has some sort of cloth on his fist and arm then the one that breaks, he's wrapped in leather so he obviously knew it was underspined.  Still pretty cool.

The thing that I found interesting on that video was the rate at which the arrow was spinning relative to the progress toward the target. It made me think that there might be something to this single bevel trend.

There is a video information box on the right side of the video.  In it, he explains using the weak arrow to catch it on video and setting it up so it would break. Said he was wearing a leather arm wrap and a helmet!  The arrow was a 25/30 shot from a 70# Border.

Cool Video footage. Clarence Hickman the "Father of Scientific Archery" discovered Archers paradox years ago.I was fortunate to be able to view his original footage from way back in the day when I was a student of "TWAC" The World Archery Center more 20 years ago.
 And the footage RAY Hammond is referring to is "The Winning Edge" by Easton which contains slow motion footage 5000-7000 frames per second ,more COOL STUFF !! If I remember correctly temps in the filming room were close to 200 degrees,that was needed for the slow motion footage.

Wow..it is amazing what the arrow does coming out of the bow but what about when it hits the target..great video.

That was interesting to see the silencers twiting.

I didn't catch the other post either.

This arrow was "UNDERSPINED" !!

But is was quite deliberate!!!

I was doing this vid, just to show what can happen.

SAFETY FIRST!!!

The breaking arrow at the end of the video was NOT due to a lack of knowledge on my part - IT WAS QUITE DELIBERATE !!!

Different arrows shot from a 70 lbs recurve bow (a custom-made KHAN, by BORDER ARCHERY). At the end you will see what a 65 lbs recurve bow can do to an arrow (Port Orford cedar-spine 25-30, 100 grain tip, 30 inches long). I expected the arrow to break - it took the 70 lbs KHAN to make the arrow explode!

The drawlength was 29 inches.

This video will show you the archer's paradox and gives you an idea of how dangerous it can be to use the wrong spine. By the way, I was wearing a helmet and a good wrap of leather around my bow hand during the "dangerous" shots.

For your own safety, and also for your bow (it's akin to dry firing your bow), please don't try this at home!
