Go to nearest co-op feed store and they'll give you all the pallet wrap you can handle! Same as shrink-wrap I guess......My bag has held up well for two years now, without re-filling.

My buddy Micah put one together for me a couple of weeks ago.

Burlap bag $2.00, Shrink Wrap from warehouse free, having a 10 yard range in the hallway, priceless  :D

Micah also puts a string through the top (see pics) so it can be hung in the air. As you can see it is sewn with heavy thread at the top.

Here is one of mine thats about a year old. Sits out in the foul weather all year long. I have shot thousands of arrows into this target and it still stops them with ease. I put bubble wrap and plastic grocery bags in it. I have since stuffed this bag into a new burlap and looks good as new. Hang them side ways for a deers body! I now zip tie the top shut and use the ties to hang the target

Kevin,
I went to our local Meijer (similar to Wal Mart) and asked them if I could have the plastic grocery bags in the recycle bin. I got enough out of one bin for about two targets, I have an old Third Hand target cover from when I used to rep. for them, it is about worn out though!

Oh yeah, when I go to the grocery store I always double bag it!    :bigsmyl:    Cooperseed sells large burlap bags for $2.00.

Boxes. Pizza boxes layered inside regular boxes, old air filters, old carpet or door mats, plastic bags. Old used up targets as a starter. Masonite or sheet rock on the top and bottom. Good stuff. I duct tape a target made from cardboard to the outside. after a while, I replace it. PIzza pans are good too. Run a wire thru the middle and you can hang it. I stake smaller boxes with old arrows into the ground and make my own 3d range. Just walk around the yard and shoot. I thy to put the targets where there's a berm behind them. Shoot uphill and off the deck like a tree stand. Old targets are great starters for new targets. Don't throw out the boxes. Styro foam. Pellets, plastic wrap. There is so much game out there to shoot at

Big jugs of laundry soap, gallon milk jugs with some water in teh bottom for weight are like a turkey shoot.
