Howdy,
I am new here.
Been slowly getting into the trad thing.
I've been shooting and hunting with bows
since I was a kid, and haven't shot a traditional
bow since I was a kid.
A friend recently loaned me a Martin X-200 to
fool around with and I am hoping to get far
enough along with it to hunt with it this coming
season.  Not totally sure what I want to end
up with as far as a hunting bow, I have to try
some out first.
I am the current Membership Secretary for the
Maryland Bowhunters Society.
I know there are a few in here that already know me.

So

New myself, hope to talk to you sometime.

Welcome to the fire.

I think you should consider just who your friends really are. Someone that lends a traditional bow to someone is no friend... he is an enabler. Look out you'll catch the fever. There is no cure, only treatment.
If you're gonna be stupid, ya gotta be tough.

Hey Eric! I see you made it to TG.  Welcome aboard, and I think that once you start looking around you'll be building knives, bows, and all kinds of stuff.
