I've got a 45# Kmag, and I like everything about it, but wouldn't mind having a little bit heavier bow. I was wondering if it would even be posible to back it with enough stuff to raise it up about 15#.   :D

Just pull it 5" farther than you are now and you will be good to go. No tools required.   :D

adding sinew to a selfbow might raise it that much, but on a glass bow, I dunno.... You might be better off financially and from a peace of mind standpoint to just trade for another bow.

Yep, only way is too trade it for a heavier bow.

In a few years you will be wanting to go from 60# down to 45#,so hang on to that one and find a 60 lb.er.the heavy ones aren't as easy to find though.

Yep, back it with about 200 bucks and buy a sixty pounder.
