Want wood Arrow help!!

o.k. I am going to try wood arrows. I have a 65# Martin Hunter coming. What kind and spine. Cedar/ ash/hickory/pressure treated...tapered/parralel. Thanks.  :knothead:     :campfire:

If you are using fastflight material, then go with 65/70 if you are not shooting over 28".  Add about 5# spine for every inch over 28" you arrow will be.   I like cedar...they stay straight without a lot of messin'.

I believe the string is Dacron, and yes 28".
