refinishing metal riser's

Well the Bow Gods have smiled on me this week, i picked up two bows that need a refinish job. one is a Bear mag B handle (with a like new set of #2 limbs)in hunter green the other is a Black Widow with about four coats of cammo paint its a truss style 64" 57@28 and seems to realy flip an arrow out there. I will most likey just sand down the widow and repaint in what ever the first coat of paint was but want a better finish for the Bear. I also bought a '71 Super kodiak thats just awsome man I gotlucky. any help with finding out any thing on the age and info on the widow would be a great help as well
