Bow oven plans?

Anybody got plans to build a good heat box or oven for laminating bows?

Can't seem to find anything in the How-To's here...that's why I asked.

Been on my list of stuff to build, will be watching this and posting if I get to it before anyone else does.
Pretty much just a long rectangular box with the door on the long side. 4 or 5 heat lamps mounted in the top and a thermostat that will go to at least 180 or 200 and a timer for at least 4 hours. The box will be insulated and painted white inside. Being short on floor space I am either going to put it in the attic or mount it on the ceiling in the garage.
