CX Lists 2 diff spines for arrows. Fletched and Raw shaft

Currently shooting Rebel Hunter 6075's.  

CX specs give 2 diff spine deflections for these shafts, fletched(.342) and raw shaft(.397)  How come the fletched spine is weaker?   What number should I go by when looking for arrows of a different brand.

Methinks you've caught a "typo".

The 60/75's are about 340 spine and the 45/60's are about 400 spine.  I think the .397 should have been for the 45/60's.
