New (to me ) Quinn Stallion w/pics

Here she is.  40# @ 28.  This is about the 5th round and I was getting cold, but my groups were improving.  
Can anyone tell me what criss-crossed arrows mean?  I shoot 3 fingers split.  This will be the first bow with a rest and plunger that I've shot in quite a while and am looking forward to dialing it in to a sweet tune.
