over on the primitive archer forum there is a guy that is deployed in afghanistan right now looking for bows, arows, targets, he is starting a trad archery range for the troops over there,  would give a bow but I just gave one of my two bows to some guys in iraq right now, if you have anything you would like to donate, pm me and I'll contact him to see if I can give you his email, he goes by Ranger B on the primitive archer forum, I would post a link if its ok with the mods
