I'm shooting a 64# @ 29" recurve, my dl is 29". Arrow will be about 30" depending on tuning. I need to purchase some arrows and prefer aluminum. I like the toughness and weight of 2219's but am wondering if I would be over spined?

Any suggestions on spine. I'll use 125 grain or more bh.

I'm shooting a 62" recurve made by a frien, fast flight string not sure what kind of material, and will shoot 125 grains up front or possibly higher.

If the bow is cut to center you might be able to get that arrow to fly decent out of that bow.  You might find that you need to go up quite a bit in point weight though.  2219 is a stiff shaft!!

FOr a 125 grain tip a 2018 or 2020 would be a better choice, maybe even a 2117 depending on if the bow is cut past center, to center or not.
