Primos Ground Blind question

I am thinking about buying one, and I saw a review that said animals spook when they see the black windows, as opposed to the shoot-through mess. True?
Also, has anyone had one long enough to gauge its durability?

My brother-in-law has had one for a year it has held up well and I like it. I killed a turkey out of it this spring never had any turkey pay any notice to it at all.
