sc alligator

i was lucky engh to draw a sc alligator tag. this was the first year since the 1960's that we have had a season.  my hunting buddy and i loaded the kids (3)  up and headed out last night. killed a 10' 5" gator. most of the 4 arrows were from a bear black bear bow. i did not want to use my blackwidow because i've seen what bowfishing can do to a bow. i was right. this was the most intense hunting that i have done. took 1 hour to get him in the boat. i made the first shot but this was without a dout a team effort. pictures to follow later today
