Contact the Arkansas Fish & Game.. Look at the public ground in Washington county south of Fayetteville.

I know there are hogs on private ground close in the area.

I thought this was a football thread.  I grew up hunting hogs in my home state of Arkansas.  There are quite a few good places to hunt.  Do you want to hunt in the hills/mountains or in bottom land?

I've never hunted hogs here in the natural state, but would like to get in on a good hunt some day.

Sorry Jerry, to actually answer your question-
I've never hunted hogs in Arkansas but I do hunt just across the border in Oklahoma.  We see quite a few in the Kiamichi mtn area.  Seems like they prefer to be near water is my best advice.
