Hey guys....I was wondering if anyone knew the recommended brace height on a 60" - Turkey Creek longbow?  I twisted up my last string way too tight when putting in my silencers.  I'll keep adjusting but plan on putting a fresh string on this week.

So...I hope they're are some T-Creek shooters that can chime in and help me out.

Btw: Has anyone spoken to Doug?  I know he was going through a rough patch but then heard he may be up and running again?  Just wondering....he helped me out a lot when I was first getting set up.

Thanks and good luck to all on the upcoming deer season!

I own a 62" Turkey Creek Longbow. The brace height on mine is set for 8".

But when Doug says that, he's measuring from the BACK of the bow.

fyrfyter is correct.  If you measure from the throat of the grip it is only about 63/4 to 7".  Doug makes these bows to take a low brace height and they perform accordingly.
