I just got off the phone with Jim Gainey(Black Creek Bows).I ordered a new Banshee and Jim said I should have it in about 4 weeks. Just in time for hunting season!

Shifting Shadow

Wow, that is great news! Can you give the details - length, draw weight, handle and limb woods, etc?

One bow. One arrow. My ideal.

Due to shoulder issues it will be just enough draw weight to be legal for hunting. The target weight is 36 Lbs. The riser will be phenolic and Rosewood to give it some mass weight. The limb wood (I think Jim called it tiger wood (I saw it on a bow he had at Tannehill and loved it. I chose the 56" bow for hunting purposes, should be very handy. Now that I'm talking about it I'm getting excited. Once I get it in hand and do some testing I'll share what kind of kinetic energy it puts into my hunting arrows.

Love my Banshee, I too have shoulder issues and got Jim to build me a 58 inch 42 lbs@28 inch longbow and I have no doubt that it will be more than enough for Alabama whitetails. Jim builds a sweet shooting bow and on top of that he is one heck of a nice guy to do business with.

Does he have a web site where his bows are displayed?

Trickshot

He does not have a web site that I know of, but I think Sipsey River handles his bows.

Sipsey River has several Banshees in stock but the website does not have photos of them.
