Do you guys find that setting up an arrow with extreme weight up front changes what spine you need for your bow?

I have a 55# Grizzly that pulls about 50# at my draw length.  I want to put between 250-300 grains up front on about a 28" arrow.  I'm not sure what spine to go with.  I'm leaning toward either the Gold tip trads in 3555, or the Vapor 3000's.

I'm shooting 300 grains up front on full-length GT 3555s out of my 50# @ 28" Turkey Creek LB.

The vapor 300s will be too stiff for ya. The 35/55sshould work somewhere around those weights, I would say start with 28"s and 275 up front. Shawn

Anybody try the vapor 2000's?  I have heard they are slightly less stiff than the 3555's.
