I changed my mine after dipping completely. So Can you crown and crest paint over watco danish oil finish? And if so what kind of paint?

The Vanilla Gorilla

Yeah, you can crown and whatnot over Watco. Just make sure you give it plenty of time to dry.  It likes to sometimes stay a little tacky, though. Just buff it down with a rag until its totally smooth and dry and you're ready to go.

I've used Krylon spraypaint and the usual kinds of dipping paint. Haven't had any problems getting it to stick.

Good luck..

I've not painted it, but I've put Poly over it and also fletched right onto it (with no overcoat) and had no problems whatsoever.
