A buddy is thumping that "old" longbow you sent me,very nice shooting bow,talk about authority, it smokes an arrow.
Anybody looking would do well to buy one of Chads Bows.

I have been shooting the Osprey takedown longbow you made for me and it looks and shoots great. You did a superb job on the bow. I have been surprised by the speed of the bow. I have not been able to chronograph the arrows yet, but it seems to be as fast as my ACS CX of the same poundage and shooting the same arrows. After the reports on the speeds of the ACS CX, I did not think the Osprey could possibly be comparable. Also, I have been having "problems" shooting the nocks off my arrows because the bow is so accurate. It does shoot my arrows a little high and left of where my other bows shoot, but after a few arrows, I started automatically compensating and shot right where I was aiming. As soon as I get the time, I am going to write a full review with pictures and post them on a new thread.

What do I think of your Bear reproduction's? well, once I bought a new keyboard, cause of the drool damage, I can type, its a beauty.

Purple Heart sight window's are some of my favorite's,it looks like you nailed it.

I think you would get a very good response from the history/collecting forum guy's....not to mention the pow wow, seems like every other week somebodies asking about Bear repro's.


You need to do a little bragging my friend.Your work is incredible.
