How do these shafts perform for you?   Are they difficult to fletch?   In a wood arrow I use 32", 50-55# spine with a 125 grain head.  In an aluminum, I use 2013s at 30" with 125 grain heads.  These fly great with my 50@28" Great Plains Long Curve and my 26 1/2" draw.  What would you recommend in a Beman ICS for my setup please?   Thanks for any suggestions!   Skychief.

Good shaft.  I shoot cedar 30.5" 11/32 70lb spine with 145g tips and the 400 ICS at 3o.5, 5" shields likes a 50g brass insert and 225 tips. I shoot them out of a 54@28 curve and 56@28 longbow both cut 1/16 past center.  14 strand 8125 string.  Hope that helps.  I shot those shafts for years with wheels and never a problem. I would try a full length 500 and keep adding weight until you find the best combo.  Good luck.

I've found that the 500's break more easily then I like. The 400's are tough though.
