reason for the reverse handle hill bow

was wondering what the thinking was when Howard developed his reverse handle bow. Was it to make the bow easier to shoot? Anyone have any knowledge,or thoughts on this subject.

Yes...for some a forward riser bow is easier to shoot, more stable, etc.

I like them.

It makes a longbow harder to torque.I have a reverse handle Wesley Special that is a joy to shoot.I like reverse handle bows and have a couple of others like my reverse handle Fox longbow.
