Hi.  I just saw the new gorilla glue in the store and I was wondering if anyone has used it.  I was thinkg about using it to glue a bbo or bbh.  If anyone has any information, it would be very helpful.

Boar Hog

it foams WAY too much, (and it's been out for several years)everything i used it for it foamed way to much........just my 2 cents worth  :bigsmyl:

I rarely say negative things about products; but I would have a tough time finding much positive about this product. Strength is very poor.

I'd totally agree with the entries above regarding the glue that's been out for years.  I've seen the add for the "new" glue but I don't know what makes the "new" glue new.  However, if it still foams like the original, it will not be any good for making bows.

I heard a lot of people praising titebond 3,then read a thread about it releasing from wet heat (steam/ humidity?)anybody with .02 cents worth on this?

Titebond 3 is waterproof but is not near the glue that Urac 185 is when it comes to holding the line.  Urac is realitively cheap as glues go and easy to get on the web.  Don't really understand folks using others only to have them fail.
