I need a good staring point for brace height and nocking point for a Pearson Cougar.  Someone sent this info to me earlier, but I have misplaced it Thanks

shamus

for a 62" cougar: Brace height 71/4 to 8 inches

for a 64 cougar: 7 to 7 1/2 inch brace height.

(next time you might want to try the history/collecting forum for a faster answer)  :)

I like to run the at 8" both lengths, play around and find what works for you.

True dat!

I have my 62" cougar set between 7.25 and 7.5 and it works great for me, but I tend to favor a lower brace on all my bows though, maybe it's from shooting selfbows and Hill style for many years (dunno).
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Goodbye Shiner you were always a good dog.
