I have a 56" PTF II.  It's a sweet little machine.  Light mass weight, similar to my longbow.  Short, manueverable and puts an arrow down range with the best of them.  My favorite hunting bow to date.

Here's my PTFX in Kingwood, 58", 49# at 27"...and one of my favorites.

I have a 56" TFIII made in 1999 it's my favorite hunting bow and I also have a newer 58" TFX Bocote thats a sweet shooter.

I have a PTF Ironwood 45 @ 27 56 inches long.  Great tree stand bow.  I have killed 4 deer with it. I took two bucks last year a 6 pt and an 8 pt.  It shoots really well with no hand shock.  I have also placed in a few tournaments with it.  It is a joy to look at as well.

I think this is the only pic I have of my PTF...guess I should take some more!  This was a great spot in the woods... and the widow is resting ...waiting to blood trail.

Blackhawk that sure is nice bow,I really like the colors in those widow risers.

im sure ill get some flak for this one but in how they shoot and looks i favorably compare PTFs to Shrews.  The Shrew has the superior grip but both bows feel very similar.
Silence over speed.  Heavier arrows never hurt.

'Try before you buy' or buy a used one. I traded a MA that was a little too heavy weight for me, for a TF of lighter weight.

It's a good shooter, for me; and it's a keeper.

I think i liked the TF11 i had better than any widow i've owned. It was 46#@28" 56 or 58", i can't remember. I killed the biggest buck so far with that bow and i sold it.  :(

thats been 4yrs ago and i wish i hadn't. They are sweet bows for sure....

I am fortunate enough to own two TFV Ironwood Widows. Both 60", 49# & 51# @ 26" respectivly. Both have many battle/field scars and shoot great.

I almost sold one to buy a Shrew, but the deal fell through. Still bought the Shrew and glad for that too...... Dig 'em both alot!
