So i received my Bruin last week and have been shooting it since. It shot so well and fit me so well that i ended up taking it to the NC shoot. It's Grip is very forgiving and comfortible, and it has one smooth draw. I've been shooting it so much that i'm starting to get REAL sore   :knothead:
The limb design on the Master Express model is very radical and throws an arrow as if it was shot from a bow ten pounds heavier.  Mike has done a great job.

And this is me shooting it this last weekend at the comp....no i'm not at full draw   :D

its always good to see a new bow with the shelf on the correct side.
Silence over speed.  Heavier arrows never hurt.

Is Mike still making bows? And if he is do you have a contact number?

How did you connect with Mike Steliga?  I thought he stopped making bows because of some health issues?  From his days working with Bill Pyle at Staghorn then starting his Bruin line, Mike has always made exceptionally nice shooting bows.  Beautiful too!

Very interesting how this all started with Bill Pyle; a fighter pilot in post WWII Europe after Germany's surrender, who with plenty of time on his hands had a chance meeting with an Austrian master bowyer.  All those years to Mike Steliga's beautiful Bruins.

TradPaul

Thanks guy's it really is better looking than these pic's can portray, plus it shoots ten times better than it looks....and thats pretty great.
As far as the quiver goes, yeah i made it about 5 months ago, thanks. I keep trying to tell everyone that their shooting on the wrong side of the bow but....  :D

As far as contacting Mike Stegila goes. I've spoken to him quite a few times and i assure you he is doing well and taking orders, this bow i picked up brand new from a friend. Mike may even quit the saw mill and do bows full time here soon, but thats all a matter of time. And he is a true Custom Bowyer, he'll do almost anything you want. i also asked him if i could post his # and said it's all right. So here it is.

and if you have any questions about his story, he would love to tell you. Thanks again Ya'll and if any of you are going to the Union Grove shoot in NC this month and are shooting on the correct side of your bow, come on and give it a try  :biglaugh:

Now TradPaul if you keep showing off that pretty bow of yours it will get the big head and it wont shoot for you because it will think its to good for you. HAHA!!! To bad its a backwards bow I would like to have it.(That thing is quick and silent)
