I will be ordering a dozen Arrow Dynamics arrows from Ted at Raptor Archery ( what a fantastic guy to deal with   :help:

Either head will be fine.  I would go with the heavier one, in a double blade.

Ted is correct.  These arrows are amazing in their ability to fly true from various bows and weights.  I dumped those overpriced Grizzlystiks for the AD's and have not looked back.

I just bought some of these arrows from Ted and he sent me a couple of the heavy brass inserts to try.  If it is possible (since arrow flight was already outstanding without the heavy inserts), these arrows seem to fly even a little bit better from my bows (52 lb ff recurve and 60 lb longbow) with the extra weight up front.  I just called him back and ordered a dozen inserts.

Blackhawk, I have gone back to the AD's too!

My girlfriend is shooting and loving the Grizzlysticks, but those AD's work great out of my lower weight PLX 52 pound Widow.

I am not sure the Gizzlys are over priced, AD's aren't cheap, and per doz. they are more expensive where I get them!
