Can anyone give me some idea as to how to properly install and tune these nocks? I thought you just line up, glue and install, but when I got the package of them from 3rivers it called them tunable nocks.

Thanks for any help!

Scott J. Williams

The nocks are called tunable because you can twist them into the position you wish to have your feathers set.

You want no or a little feather contact with the rest, shelf,or whatever you are shooting off of.

You just turn them in the direction you want adjust, shoot, and then readjust.  I personally don't like them, and prefer the nock adapter that they use to come with.  I have shot them long enough I know how to position my feathers.  I hated them on the Arrow Dynamics too, for the same reason.

do you glue them once you have them set?

Brian Gillispie

Hey tomh,

I didnt bother glueing them in.  they are pretty tight as they are.  Had one pop out on a shoot today but it smacked into a tree pretty nasty.  I bought some extras for just this occurence.

Rotating the nock on the grizzly stick will change the arrows spine as there is a seam in the shaft.
