I put this sign up a couple of years back.  A lot of people seem to think it is a missle in spite of the nock and stone hafted head.

My oldest son looked at it and said that is why he lives in a subdivision with deed restrictions.    :)

thats cool mike a friend of mine made a mini highline stucture for a mailbox

**DONOTDELETE**

what does that spine out to......

I see the missile comparison. Should've went w/ parabolic feathers.   :)

I agree.  I did not have a jig saw at the time.  I only had a skill saw so everything was straight cuts.   :)

Paint some bars on the feathers.

702plmo, I thought about that but my artistic skills were pretty taxed just painting them red............

... you may need to turn the nock by 90° - as it should be   ;)

Nice broadhead! But 909 is a pretty weak spine, carefull that it does not explode - like a rocket - in your bow   :D

I knew that when I built it but took some artist license as you could not see the grove if I cut it the other direction.

That's cool Mike.  You might need a bit more off set in the fletch for broadheads  :wavey:        :campfire:  ...Van

I like the cresting job, maybe some barred turkey fletching would help people let go of the missile idea?  :)
I can only imagine my wife's look of disapproval if I suggested this one...
