Getting Rubber Grip on Black Widow SA?

i got the bugga on!!!  ended up rolling it down the limb with the rope and just shimmied it back and forth.

broke the rope 3 times trying to get it over the peak of the riser from pulling so hard but finally with some improvising with some tools some not so nice words and a whole lot of sweat it slipped over and it was clear sailing from there!  Just rolled it back and forth and slid it around until it fit perfectly.  

man i love the way it feels!  but it aint easy gettin them things on LOL.
