I just received my new limbs and all i can say is WOW!!!! I like my bows at 50 to 52 because i being retired shoot my bows off and on all day. These limbs are 53# and me drawing 30 inches  put these limbs at 56 # and i thought they may be too heavy for me . BUT BOB  said DEAN rest assured and try them.I now feel like HULK HOGAN as the bow is so smooooth it is hard to explain and you DO NOT  notice a few EXTRA POUNDS!!!The bow has NO NOISE AND FIGHTER JET SPEED.  and people need to try these for themselves to see what all the fuss is about.BOB THANK YOU  GREAT JOB GREAT BOW!!!!!

Has anyone heard any comments about the expected "longevity," or life span of these foam limbs?

I assume they would last as long as standard laminated limbs, but have never seen it addressed...

Also, does carbon/foam seem be the preferred configuration, or does the black glass/foam combo makemore sense?

Thanks,

Daryl

Will have some in a few days.  Can't wait. Just got my riser today.  I'm glad to hear these reports, maybe I can add my 2 cents soon.

Dean,
I was kinda hoping you wouldn't like the 53# limbs, and would send them back.  :banghead:  That way I wouldn't have to wait 2-4 months for my set of 52# "C" limbs.  :biglaugh:  By the way what length limbs are they?? Just kidding with ya, glad you like the new limbs!!!

Foam cores have done 100,000s of shot on Olympic equipment. They'll last.

Great set-up Dean.

Dean,
I want you to promise and hand on to these limbs for awhile. I have been shooting mine for two months now and its the best i have seen so far. I told you they were a joy to shoot.tom
