Does anybody use them in size H?

No, I haven't but I've had good luck with x nocks

I had them on some Beman arrows one time.

They work well.

I've used them with my modern bow.  Easton epic arrows.  Work well.
I can afford to shoot most any bow I like.  And I like Primal Tech bows.
