Anyone found a place for inexpensive kids carbon shafts.  I normally buy from Mike, and buy the trad GT blems.

Like to find something for a #25 bow in 24 or 26 inch length.

i have my son shooting easton redlines. not the cheapest shafts but can get them to spine better than most. and kids don't seem to lose them like adults do. but for the cheapest and squirrel flinging shafts go to a 3D shoot and take your pick at the steel target. those wheel-bows guys can't get enough of those targets. there is usaully dozens of broken arrows lying around. usually broke just behind the insert(think they could relate that to hitting bone) just cut them down and reinsert them and the kids are in business.
Life is short.....eat dessert first!!!

I've been tempted to try some Carbon Flash 1000 spine carbons at $25.00 a dozen.

Randy -

Can't seem to find them listed anywhere - do you know where I can find them?

Check out FS Archery.  I get my son Gold Tip Falcons that run $37 per dozen,  I know there are some cheaper ones there too. dino
"The most demanding thing you can ask of a piece of wood is for it to become an arrow shaft. You reduce it to the smallest of dimension yet ask it to remain it's strongest, straightest and most durable." Bill Sweetland

Sunshine:
Cutting back the wheel boys shafts for kids is not going to let the kid have any chance to shoot acurately. Those broken shafts were already many times over the spine a kid needs , and cut back even further they will be like you shooting a 400# spine shaft.

You can make ramin shafts from 1/4" or 5/16 " very cheap, or buy some of the Alum / carbon shafts for kids without breaking the bank.

If we want kids to stay in the game we need to match up their arrows just like we do our own.
