Wanted to move my tent blind.

So things have warmed up and I was thinking of moving my tent blind to my archery range so I can practice shooting from it to get ready for bear hunting this spring.
It's in the woods out back and we have had a couple ice storms and strong wind.
It is frozen to the ground with very much ice around the bottom and I can't move it.

Last time I checked my blind, it had a huge flatten it right down in the ground from a wind storm.

Sure glad I wasn't in it when that happened.
