Griz Stic Help Needed

I am wanting to try the Griz stics but not sure where to start. So I thought I would ask the experts on TG. My bow is a blacktail 62" 64# @ 30", I currently shoot 31.5" cedars with 145 gr. but am not tied to any particular head weight. What would you suggest, what have you been successful with?
