I'll preface this with: I'm very new to Archery and have been hooked since my first draw.

That being said,I'm looking at getting into making a dozen arrows for myself (pride in having made them).  I've already gotten everything I need but have some questions as to left / right wing feathers.

Is it possible to put left wing feathers (all three) into a right wing jig?  In my haste and misguided enthusiasm I purchased left wing feathers instead of right.  I want to use them but don't know if it will affect the flight of the arrow.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would advise against it, especially if the clamp is helical. If it were straight you could use either wing feathers. Generally LW feathers for a LW clamp, RW for Rw clamp.
You can trade them here for RW, just check the classifieds under arrow making. Hope this helps. And expect to bemaking more after this...it is addictive.
