flordia hunt?

My family and I are going on a cruise just before Christmas this year.  This will be my wife's birthday present.  Her choice not mine.  Too many people, noise and hub-bub for me.  I blackmailed her into letting me try to find a hunt in flordia somewhere near Miami, where the port will be for after the cruise is over.  I wanted to just go on a hog hunt on one of the islands but figured there would be logistical problems of storing the meat, finding time and bringing anything I got back into the states ( so she said no but that sounds better).  Any way I was looking for a place for my son and I and maybe my wife to do a little hog hunting around Miami.  Anyone out there have any tips?  Do it yourself hopefully with other tradgangers would be preferred over guided private land bu not ruling that out yet.
