what's a good way to keep moths from wrecking the fletching of arrows i have on display?

if i spray them good with silicone will that keep bugs off?

thanks for your ideas.

Silicone should workand so would hairspray, since they only for display.

Do you already have a problem with something eating the feathers? If so, you'll want to determine what kind of critter is doing it.  Feather mites are most common.  I know they can be killed by freezing.  I expect a bug spray/insecticice would keep them off.  Unless you already have a problem, probably don't need to do anything with the feathers.  I've had some arrows in racks for more than 10 years without any bug problems.
