Look what the wife found!!!

The wife and I went for a little hike last week, and she found her first ever Indian rock!!! I also found 2 pieces that had been worked. We'll be hitting this field again, after the spring thaw, and a nice rain!!! Her's is the more complete piece, leanin' on that shed!!!

Be careful, you will end up spending a bunch of time looking for more.  Wait until you find some whole points.  If you are anything like me, you won't be able to stop looking!

When I go out stumping in the spring i love to look for points. Everyone is unique and most of the time you will be the first person to see and touch the point for hundreds and in some cases thousands of years, very cool.

Kenny, I hope she does!!! No, I found the shed, couple years back.

Hardawaypoints, The daughter and I have a pretty good little collection, this was the wife's first find! Everywhere I walk, I'm lookin at me feet, hopin to find more rocks!!!lol

Stone Knife...That is the first thing I think of when I pick one up...wonder about the feller that held it last!!!

Congratulations on the finds...I think I get a bigger thrill from artifacts than making a kill.
