My buddy just handed me a Bear Kodiak Magnum and told to check it out and see if its shootable.I did string it up and it looked strait but I need to know what the brace hight should be.Would like any other info on the bow.Its has a green glass limbs with glass power on them and a green wood riser with a blue and yellow strip. Thank You.

If I am not mistaken they should brace around 8-8.5".

Mine's set at 8 1/2"

Sounds like a 1970's "Futurewood" model. If it has a "Blue Stripe" it should be a 1976 but we'll need a picture to tell for sure.

It's a nice "shootin' bow".....String it up and have FUN!!!!!   :archer:
I only shoot WOOD arrows... My kid makes them, fast as I can break them!
