I'm only in my second year as a traditional archer without a mentor or any guidance besides the posts on this page.  I am curious about the best way to store my recurve.  I have learned that it is ok to keep it strung but i am now wanting to store it for winter.  Do i need to store it flat?  Hung on a rifle style holder?  Am i in danger of limb warpage?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To clarify, i want to unstring it for a while.  What is the best way to store it?

Just shoot it, dont store it.I cant put my bow down.

Yup. But whatever you do, don't lean it against a wall for storage, hang it.
