I know paper tune helps 99% of the time but for your opinion if I increase the brace to 7.25 or 7.375 does that make the bow any easier to pull?
Does it decrease the draw wt.? How much? It can make the bow have more noise by going to far same as decreasing the brace, correct?

It shouldn't have an effect on the draw weight, so no, it won't be any easier to pull. It will have some effect on cast because the power stroke will be shorter (the arrow is on the string for a shorter distance).

Practically speaking, you probably won't notice a difference in speed. I've never gone high enough to make the bow get loud again, but I suppose it could happen. I tend to run a little higher brace than others. I just keep checking until I get the best flight and quietest shot. This will vary some with the weight of arrow you shoot as well.

If you want a lighter draw, you are going to have to buy a lighter bow.
