Lam grinder--Hog Thickness Sander

Anybody ever use or know anything about this machine.

Looks perfect for grinding lams right? Looks well made too. I wanna get it and then learn to grind tapered lams w/ it. I cant aford to build bows the way I want (lots) without learning to produce decent laminations myself

Looks like a well made product there.   Thanks for the link....I may look into a bit more.

Construction wise it is a rigid piece of mechanics but the problem I have (IMHO) with these kind of sanders is that you have to feed the lam manually. If your feeding speed is not constant and for whatever reason you stop somewhere during the feed, then it is likely that a "sanding dent" occurs making your lam questionable.
