Today, I officially packed up my case full of my compound equipment and gear and sold it.

I'm going to be picking up the stick and string.  I stopped shooting it in the backyard anyhow and was having more fun shooting the traditional stuff.  But selling off the bow ensures me that I won't turn back.

Congrats on stepping up, DW.  Welcome to the Gang!

I had to resort to the same measures earlier in the year.  Killed my first with trad the same day my compound hit the auction block!

Congrats.

I just sold my target bow.    It was bittersweet.   I had been shooting wheel bows for around 23 years.  When I picked up a recurve a mere two years ago I had every intention of continuing to shoot both.   After The compound sat for the entire time collecting dust I figured it was time.

I still have one older one I got from my dad, but it mainly hangs on the wall as a momento of past hunts.
