Hey everyone, back in December my dad gave me his old bow from when he was a kid, i noticed the fiberglass on the back of the bow was starting to lift right at the tips of one side. I came here, got some advice, and went along with the repair. Its been shooting well, and ive had no problems with the bow.

Heres a link to pictures of the repair.

I just bought some silk thread, and some Loctite epoxy, wrapped the thread tightly and close together, and sealed it with the epoxy.

I cannot access the pictures. I am sure it looks great as the advice given here is second to none. I bet it feels great to be able to shoot a bow that belonged to your father!
