Louro Preto? Never heard of it...

So Jim Jones at Firefly sends me another gorgeous bow as usual, but this one has a "Louro Preto" riser.  Never heard of it but I don't know why because it is some gorgeous stuff!

I think Jim has been holding out on me ha ha.

It feels very average in the hand to me.  Jim tells me this as well.  Louro Preto is from South America. It is closely related to Bocote and Zercote. I believe it is not as oily as those woods and the grain seems to be tighter.
