Interesting.  Now this Cooper guy is causing in fighting because you want this thread closed that the owner of the site started.  Why even talk about it? Maybe the owner wanted to that's why.

I tend to agree with this...maybe Terry just wanted us to know about the various BS items he and the other admins and mods have to deal with on a daily basis. It gets pretty frustrating at times, and sometimes you just need to vent.
Personally, I'm glad to see someone with an explosive temperament not get approved as a member, would probably just generate more trouble down the road. Good work, in my opinion!

Yep.  I never have gotten the "handle" thing.  Makes utterly no sense to me at all.
The years accumulate on old friendships like tree rings, during which time a kind of unspoken care and loyalty accrue between men.

public screen name "handles" are fine as long as a real legal first/last name is used for registration and is viewable in the member's profile by other members.

Is this Tim Cooper from Georgia? Just wondering for personal reasons.

I would have to have Rob look into that because Rob is the one that shut him down and he went after him first and then I tried to cover Robs back and he came after me.

For those of you who don't want this thread on here I'm sorry but I own this site and if someone claims they're going to go out and post on other forums to try to destroy this forum I'm going to post a thread whether you like it or not.

Because there's people who do care about this site, and do want this site to remain as is, and do want this site known as The Safe Haven traditional bowhunting forums without all the garbage that comes with others.

So, for the 3 of you that don't like this thread you can either stop reading it or leave the Forum it makes no difference Tradgang is going to be Tradgang whether you like this thread or not.

I'm going to stick to my guns even if there's only 5 people left.

Terry,
I haven't even come close to reading all of this, I don't have the time. But as I get on here each day and see the number of pages grow, I find it a bit discouraging, that a guy who is trying to tear this site apart, gets 8 pages of comments, and someone else who works to build this place in to something better, post about an event, looking forward to meeting folks who frequent this site, gets two damn comments. Not real sure, but might our priorities be messed a bit?
Thanks
Tim

Agree. We all now know this guy isn't going to be able to register on this site. Can't imagine how he could possible destroy this site or damage it's image. Let it go.

Ummmm, this is for Patknight... I think you have misread what tim roberts said, I believe that you and tim Roberts are on the same page with your expectations of what Terry Green needs to do to preserve this site the way that it is.  If I am wrong, then please tim roberts, correct me.

Patknight

Yes gentlemen I did confuse the two names...MY APOLOGIES TO MR TIM ROBERTS..I simply mixed the two names ..

md126

Thank you Tim Roberts!!!    That pretty much sums up what I think people are saying about this thread

I don't have a problem with the thread. I think giving this guy This kind of attention is counter productive and prob exactly what he wants.

Everyone here is in agreement about this guy as far as I can tell. If you really want to do TG image damage control go after the guy in whatever other forums he is on.

Just my opinion

Good point Tim.   Time to close this thread.   Are we trying to make this guy famous or something??

Clearly, and as Terry has stated, this is an alert to all that the person in question has bragged he will attempt to defame Trad Gang.  No more or less.
