Long story short, have a couple Wes Wallace Royal long bows, love 'em, will be rounding up one more for sure.
Snooping around, ran across a Brackenbury Old Timer, really liked the lines, wondered, pondered, waited a day too long, and it was gone. Since then, have been kinda hankering for a D shaped r/d bow...

Any info or pics would be greatly appreciated!!

Dick has a try before buy that is a return option on any in stock bows.  I believe there may be a sale price on the in stock bows if asked.  There are a few of them, as I just checked when I saw your post.   You may be better off getting exactly the one that would be right for you than wait for a used one to come up for sale.

Northern Mist also makes d shaped r/d bows. The baraga is shorter lengths and the superior is a longer bow. My superior is 66" and all yew. There are many options out there. You can run across some Robertsons on the RMS gear used bow inventory sometimes.

My son shoots one and it is just a beautiful bow.  Smooth drawing, quick pointing and wonderful cast. You can't go wrong with a Robertson.

the best longbows I have ever owned are the Mohawk Sparrowhawk and the Robertson Primal Styk...hands down.  Would get another Mohawk if I did not have so many other bows...great bows.

I would go to Dicks website and check out the bows he has in stock and if one fits your weight and length....get it and shoot a week or two and then either keep it or order a new one to your specs... you wont be disappointed.
Keep em sharp,
