I know it's frustrating. But integrity is doing the right thing even when no one's looking.
Since my move last yr to idaho all I've seen are moose and me with no tag.
I'm sure I could take one if I wanted but....

I think that the true test of a person's integrity is how they conduct themselves when no one is looking, and no one would ever find out.  

You are obviously a man of great integrity.  I applaud you for that.  THAT integrity is worth more than any buck taken by bending the stated rules.

Having worked with the criminal element my whole life you guys have one thing completely wrong.

They don't look in the mirror and "have to live with it".  They could care less.  They view us who follow the rules as the dumb suckers who aren't getting to shoot a buck.
